Terms & Conditions
By booking a fast boat ticket through our WhatsApp service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings made via WhatsApp are considered tentative until full payment is received and confirmation is issued.
- Once payment is confirmed, an e-ticket or booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made within the specified time frame after receiving the booking details.
- Accepted payment methods will be provided during the booking process.
- Failure to make payment within the deadline may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
3. Passenger Information
- Please ensure that all passenger details (full name, age, nationality, etc.) are accurate and match valid identification documents.
- Any incorrect or incomplete information may cause issues during check-in or boarding.
- Baggage allowance: Maximum 25 kg per person.
- Surfboard fee: Passengers carrying a surfboard will be charged an additional fee of IDR 250,000.-
4. Check-In & Boarding
- Passengers must arrive at the departure point at least 30–45 minutes before departure time.
- Late arrivals may be denied boarding, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made at least [1 day] before departure may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to an administrative fee of [50% or amount].
- Cancellations made less than [1 day] before departure are non-refundable.
- In case of no-show or missed departure, no refund will be provided.
6. Changes and Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be submitted via WhatsApp at least [X] hours before departure and are subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply depending on the reschedule request.
7. Trip Delays or Cancellations by Operator
- Trips may be delayed or canceled due to weather conditions, technical issues, or safety concerns.
- In such cases, we will offer a reschedule or full refund at the passenger’s request.
8. Liability DisclaimerWe are not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage that occurs during transit.
Passengers are responsible for safeguarding their belongings during the trip.
9. Communication and Support
All official communication will be conducted through WhatsApp, using the number you contacted for booking.
